SHIPPING

Orders received by 1:00 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are typically processed the same day. Credit card authorization must be obtained for orders to be processed.

We will deliver your item by USPS or UPS Ground in three to eight business days depending upon your location.

International Orders

Most international orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery is eight to fifteen business days, depending on the location and customs requirements. We will provide a tracking number on your shipping confirmation email. Acceptance is not guaranteed for international orders.

Tracking

Somatic Optics will provide a tracking number for your shipping confirmation via email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

RETURNS

Definition: A return item is one where there is nothing physically wrong with the pair of sunglasses. They might not fit correctly. Or the sunglasses may look different than you expected. For return instructions, see the section below.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return an item, follow these steps:

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at www.somaticoptics.com. We will respond to the email with a Return Authorization Number that you must write on the OUTSIDE of the box you are returning. NO returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
2. Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. We will refund 100% of your order amount if you follow these instructions.
3. The merchandise must be in perfect condition, with no scratches on the lenses or frames. The original manufacturer's case/bag must be included.
4. Include a copy of your receipt and our Return Form as a packing slip.
5. Ship in a prepaid, trackable manner (i.e. via UPS, Airborne, FedEx or USPS) to the address below. You must pay for return shipping charges.
